We also offer store credits for eligible refund cases, if customers are interested in purchasing additional gear.
Please follow the process below to verify your refund claim:
- Please fill up the Refund form (we will need your order number)
- Include any additional details like pictures of damaged or incorrect products.
- Once our QA team verifies the information you will be informed via email.
- A return shipping label will be shared with you with warehouse details and address (if return is applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address where the package was originally shipped from.
Please note that to be eligible for a return, your must follow the following points;
- Return must be initiated within 7 days after the parcel has been dropped off.
- Item must be in its original state without any worn out marks
- All original packaging, gift cards or tags should be included.
- Accidental damages like cuts, burns or mishandled products cannot be returned
- Shipping fees is not refundable.
- Please note that a refund fee of 20% is applicable on all cases.

Custom Products (Non refundable)
Only infinitude fight gear products may be refunded, unfortunately custom made products cannot be refunded (unless their damages were verified as production errors and not accidental mishandling)
Our fight gear is as per the standard sizes of the market. Please make sure you check the size guide for more information for precise measurements. We cannot issue a refund if the sizes ordered do not fit. However if a wrong size was shipped, we will exchange it for the correct size with all return costs paid by the company.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You can cancel an order placed on our website within 24 hours after the order was placed. Once the order crosses the 24 hours waiting time it will be processed.
Please note that a refund fee of 20% is also applicable for canceled orders.
